Prasanna Probyn BA MA LLSCHThe need to work in a calm, soothing environment directed me to the healing professions. Connecting with people to help them regain their health and enthusiasm for life gives me fulfillment and purpose that a desk job didn't. My clients are people who wish to be more in control of their health and happiness. Complementary therapies are for those who opt for a way of life that is more natural and less toxic- for those who look within themselves for the causes behind dissatisfaction and illness while acknowledging the impact of their circumstances and the environment on their health. I began my journey into complementary medicine with Homeopathy, qualifying in 2001 at the London School of Classical Homeopathy. Since then I qualified in Tuina Massage, at the Asante Academy of Chinese Medicine, taught by expert practitioners from China; Indian Head Massage, trained by Narendra Mehta, the pioneer of Indian Head Massage in the West; and Face Rejuvenation massage taught by Khudan Mehta, who pioneered the Indian ayruvedic concepts. I am a fully insured practitioner, abiding by the CTA’s Code of Practice. |
