Shirobhyanga (Head, neck and arms)

This massage releases tension at specific marma points in the head , neck and arms with firm, gentle, rhythmic techniques.

Mukhabhyana (Face, neck and head)

This is a remedial therapy where Marma points are stimulated to increase energy flow and firm pressure lifts facial muscles.

Padabhyanga (Legs and feet)

A very relaxing massage for lower legs, followed by manipulating marma points in the sole of the foot using deep pressure techniques. Great for feet weary of carrying body weight, for sports people or those who are very tired.

* suitable for pregnancy from the second trimester

* aids blood circulation, particularly after a flight

Udvartana : (Exfloliation/detox)

Here the whole body is rubbed with herbal powder which helps to exfoliate and draw out impurities, leaving the skin glowing and polished. Can be used as part of a weight loss programme.

* combats water retention and cellulite

* for sluggish constitutions

Marma Abhyanga : (Full body Massage)

Here the whole body is massaged with warm, natural herbal oil, specific to the client’s dosha , stimulating most of the body’s marma points.

* aids circulation, muscle tone and skin tone,

* promotes mental tranquillity and helps with insomnia, tiredness and stress

* helps with joint pains and stiffness, and muscle cramps

Pinda Sweda : (Full body with herbal compress)

Similar to marma abhyana, but uses a hot herbal compress, dipped in warm oil. Pummelling techniques are used.

* nourishing, strengthening and rejuvenating

* helps with weak joints and sore muscles

* tackles pain and stiffness of joints, and inflamed muscles.
